SHIPPING

All prices are generated by UPS Ground shipping services based on product weight. There is a $15.00 handling fee in order to ensure the safety of your package.

 

LARGE HOME OBJECTS:

Any furniture or large scale objects require special shipping arrangements. Please feel free to email curated@scapenyc.com with any questions or concerns in regards to shipping arrangements prior to purchase and we will gladly assist you.

Items sold in New York City may be eligible for delivery through a local messenger service.

Objects that require special delivery arrangements are not eligible for returns. Please feel free to email curated@scapenyc.com

JEWELRY

Scape NYC jewelry is handmade to order and will take 1-10 days to produce, with the exception we have inventory of item. If you need a rush order please contact  crafted@scapenyc.com. After production of your jewelry is complete, your order will be shipped. Once your item has been shipped we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number, which can be used to track your purchase online. Delivery times are estimates only and Scape NYC cannot be accountable for late deliveries caused by the postal system or delays through customs.

 

International purchases may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the recipient's country. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, please contact your local customs office. Please note that we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

 

RETURNS 

Since all of our jewelry is made to order just for you we do not accept any returns for Scape jewelry. However, we are more than happy to make adjustments and repairs on any jewelry purchased to make it just right. If you have any questions regarding an adjustment or repair please contact crafted@scapenyc.com.

 

We will accept returns of unused Curated Collection items with original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please email curated@scapenyc.com to start the return process.
